Verified specialist retailers had one month to cast a vote for their favourite specialist retail brand in the product sector relevant to them. Awards are to be given to those manufacturers that have impressed with particularly collaborative and coherent concepts for specialist trade. Once again, the specialist retailers judged Beurer to be on top in the category of “Health & Personal Care”. The title “Specialist Retail Brand of the Year” is therefore going to the health experts from Ulm, Germany.
Beurer has been cultivating close relationships with the specialist trade for many years. “Our focus is particularly on service and handling of complaints. For us, this includes optimum availability and support from the field service, wide-ranging training opportunities, extensive PoS material and loyalty to specialist retail trade,” comments Kerstin Glanzer, Head of Marketing at Beurer GmbH. “Our specialist retailers can also access the latest content, such as product images or packaging, at any time using an online portal.
